From a young age, I knew I wanted to be a food technology teacher. The idea of sharing my culinary knowledge and inspiring others to create in the kitchen was exhilarating. As I grew older, my passion for cooking and baking only intensified; the kitchen was where I truly belonged. I never envisioned that I would be crafting mouth-watering treats for your enjoyment. Honestly, I doubt I would have had the courage to take the plunge into selling my creations if my loved ones hadn’t insisted that I “just sell one cookie.” I had my doubts about whether anyone would appreciate my baking, but selling that first cookie marked a pivotal moment for me, one for which I am profoundly grateful!
